Before any project begins, a written quote or service agreement must be approved by the client. This document will outline the scope of work, estimated
cost, payment terms, and project timeline. Any changes to the scope must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.
Projects are scheduled based on crew availability, weather conditions, and material delivery. We kindly ask all clients to ensure we have full access to the
property during the agreed working hours.
Working Hours:
Typically, our crews work between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (unless otherwise arranged).
• A deposit may be required before the start of the project, depending on the job size.
• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• For larger projects, progress payments may be requested.
• We accept payments by e-transfer, cheque, or cash.
Late Payments:
A late fee may apply for any outstanding balance not paid within 7 days of project completion.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of work may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover prep and scheduling costs.
• Weather-related delays may result in necessary rescheduling; we will notify clients promptly of any changes.
We rely on safe and accessible working conditions. Clients are asked to:
• Remove personal items, decorations, or furniture from the work area.
• Keep pets and children away from the construction zone during work hours.
• Ensure irrigation systems are clearly marked or disclosed to avoid accidental damage.
We take great care in protecting your property. However, please note:
• We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or structures not previously disclosed.
• Materials used (such as stone, wood, or sod) are natural products and may vary in color, texture, or appearance.
• Hardscape installations (pavers, retaining walls, etc.) are covered by a limited warranty of up to 1 year against major structural defects.
• Plantings are not guaranteed unless a maintenance contract is in place.
• Maintenance of lawns, seeded areas, or plants is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
GuestaFlores Hardscape is fully insured and follows all safety regulations. While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for delays due to weather,
third-party contractors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We respect your privacy. Client information (including names, addresses, and contact info) will never be shared or sold to third parties. Photos of
completed work may be used in our portfolio or marketing with your consent.
